Jim, a graduate of Clemson University, Jim started his career in 1990 as a sales executive and established himself as one of the top producing agents in his field.  Jim was honored in 1995 at a Master Sales Institute conference as the top selling amenity real estate executive in the Southeast.  He went on to manage real estate executives and focus on sales training, and has provided training and consulting to such industry giants as Weyerhauser, International Paper and Intrawest.  Jim is a founding Principal of ESI.
